The Pamper Team Cancellation Policy

Once a booking form has been accepted or Client contract issued, cancellations will incur the following charges:

Cancellations made with 10 days notice or more – 100% refund excluding deposit
Cancellations made with less than 10 days notice – 50% refund excluding deposit

Cancellation of Individual Treatment/Service with less than 10 days notice - no refund. It is recommended that the treatment/Service to be cancelled is shared between other Individuals.

The Pamper Team reserves the right to cancel the provision of the Service without notice in case of the illness of a Freelance Therapist or other circumstances beyond its control. The Pamper Team shall make reasonable attempts not to cancel the Service but the Client acknowledges that it may not be possible for an alternative Freelance Therapist to attend the Booking. In this circumstance the Client will be offered an alternative day or a full refund will be issued.

Any refunds due will be repaid back to the original payment method within 10 days of the cancellation date.

Eliza Land Cancellation Policy

As your Princess Pamper Party requires exclusive hire of the venue, therapists and party schedule, all party bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.

The £100 security deposit is fully refundable following your party, provided the venue is left in a clean and tidy condition and no damage has occurred. If you choose to cancel your booking, the security deposit will not be refunded.

The Pamper Team and Little Lady Locks reserve the right to cancel the provision of the service without notice in the event of therapist illness, venue issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Every reasonable effort will be made to avoid cancellation; however, if this is unavoidable, you will be offered an alternative date (subject to availability) or a full refund of any monies paid.

Any refunds due will be returned to the original payment method within 10 working days of the cancellation date or agreement.
